Ryan and his team did a fantastic job replacing the roofs on our home! Ryan walked us through the estimate, clearly pointing out areas that may require extra attention. His price is fair, and his workmanship is top of the line. When Ryan ran into an obstacle, such as discovering that the slats under the shingles were dry rotted and original to the year the house was built (1800's), he consulted us immediately. Brodeur Roofing just finished replacing my barn roof. The job entailed stripping two layers of shingles, re-flashing the base of the cupola (a real challenge), replacing roof planks in four places, and installing new high grade architectural asphalt shingles. Drip edge, rhino roof, "water and ice" protection systems were applied as a base to provide a rock solid roofing solution that will last a real long time. Clean up, especially in the animals' area, was thorough. Roofing Done Right by a very hard working company that is a pleasure to deal with.
